World Water Week in Stockholm

Water is at the heart of freshwater ecosystems and essential to mankind’s food and energy needs. Its availability determines the health of ecosystems and the livelihood of billions of people. WWF, the global conservation organisation launches a campaign to tell the story of water. Given by WWF’s Director General, Jim Leape, the presentation will communicate how we use water on our planet, its importance to our society and economy, the social and environmental damage caused by its misuse, and the risks posed by climate change. Following its launch the presentation will be delivered to key audiences around the world.
